Hatha Yoga is an umbrella term which actually encomppasses all yoga styles including Ashthanga, Vinyasa etc. but usually Hatha classes focus more on geometry and alignment of each Asana itself. Longer posture holds and deep breathing exercises not only makes it a physical experience but a meditative one too.
