Kundalini Yoga

Kundalini Meditation is used to Awaken and activate dormant energy force called Kundalini. It is through the ascension of this energy force we can open our Chakras and unlock the subtle powers within each of them. As the Kundalini rises so do we in the spiritual realm of consciousness with ultimate aim to achieve Samadhi/Moksha/Nirvana and truly be one with the universe.

For some it becomes a healer of trauma and pain, for some it helps to overcome addictions while for some it is a great source of ecstasy and bliss.
